Do I need a foundation?
Yes, a level area of 3/4" crushed stone is required roughly 4-6 inches deep and one foot larger than your building on all sides. If the site is not level, then your building will not be level when we leave. Larger buildings including garages will need a different type of foundation. Check with our sales staff for more information.
What should I do before delivery?
Please make sure that the area to and from the delivery site is free of all protruding stumps and boulders. Also have an area clear of any brush or tree branches roughly two feet wider than your building, and roughly 14 feet tall.
How is the building delivered?
All of our buildings are delivered on custom made trucks and trailers. These wirelessly controlled hydraulic trailers make delivery a breeze even in tight areas. If access is limited, we also offer on-site constructions.
Do I need a permit for my building?
Most states do not require a building permit for buildings less than 200 square feet, but will require a zoning permit. It is always a good idea to check with your local town regulations because they could vary.
What type of warranty comes with the building?
All of our buildings come with a ten year warranty against major defects in materials and workmanship.
