Carefree Building Company, Inc., of Colchester, Connecticut, New England's most respected manufacturer of superior quality, all wood buildings provide this unique Guarantee/Warranty.
CAREFREE's buildings are warrantied for a period of 10 years against major defects in materials and workmanship. The building is covered unconditionally for one year and prorated after that at CAREFREE's discretion. This of course does not apply to cases of neglect, abuse, lack of maintenance, or natural disasters/occurrence. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and will be voided if the building has been altered in any way. Certain materials such as roofing and pressure treated woods may carry a longer manufacturers warranty. In such cases, that warranty would also be extended to the Purchaser.
