FIRST YEAR Carefree Small Buildings are unconditionally guaranteed for one full year against defects caused by materials and workmanship. NO GUARANTEE/WARRANY WILL APPLY IF IT'S DETERMINED THE DEFECTS ARE DUE TO NEGLECT AND/OR ABUSE OR BECAUSE OF A NATURAL OCCURANCE(FLOODS, HURRICANES, ETC.).2 - 10 YEAR* Carefree Small Buildings are warranted against major defects in materials or workmanship for 10 full years from date of purchase. 25 YEAR ROOF SHINGLE* The roof shingles used by Carefree are warranted for 20 years by the shingle manufacturer. Carefree extends that warranty to all purchasers. 40 YEAR PRESSURE TREATED* The pressure treated lumber used by Carefree is warranted for 40 years by the pressure treated manufacturer. Carefree extends that warranty to all purchasers. Carefree Building Company, Inc. reserves the right to inspect any reported defects to any Carefree Small Building in the presence of the purchaser. Certain repairs may be prorated based upon the normal wear and/or life expectancy of the questioned defect. |
