Hello,

I'm responding to the letter I recently received asking for feedback on the shed that we purchased.

1. Why did we choose Carefree for our purchase? We did some research on the Internet on area suppliers and after reviewing the materials decided that the Carefree products seemed to be the best quality. You did a good job describing the difference between your products and the competitors on your website and in your brochure. We had also heard from friends that we should choose a pre-made shed rather than a kit from Lowe's or Home Depot. We also chose Carefree because there was a sale model that was exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. It was especially helpful that we could view the sale sheds on your website.

2. How was the service from the sales staff and delivery crew? I worked with Todd in sales and he was helpful and friendly. All the paperwork was created promptly and the delivery was scheduled quickly. It is nice that you have the financing option - we were going to use it and then decided to pay cash. I wasn't home when the shed was delivered, but my husband said it went well.

3. Did the quality meet your expectations? Absolutely, yes. The shed is sturdy and well made, even better than what we expected.

4. Would you buy from Carefree again? Absolutely, yes. I always do a lot of research before making a purchase like this, and I believe that your products are the best quality. It's also nice to buy from a locally owned company with a history, rather than one of the "big box" chains. (It was nice to hear that the sons are now running the business that the fathers began) But I also think that Carefree's products are far superior to those at Lowe's and Home Depot.

5. How can you improve? Perhaps another customer can give you feedback on how you might improve, but our experience was great. I would not hesitate to recommend Carefree - and I think I'm a fairly tough customer.

Thank you for the customer appreciation coupon - we hope to use it for some lawn furniture if we can afford it this year.
